FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS…

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?

A:Our calendar fills up quickly so you should plan to book about 12 - 18 months in advance. Please contact us to check availability.

Q: DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?

A: Yes. A 20% Deposit is required to reserve your date.

Q: WHAT STEPS DO I TAKE TO RESERVE MY DATE?

A: Once you are ready to book us for your wedding, simply fill out our online wedding contract. Once we receive that back, we’ll send over an invoice for your 20% deposit. It can be paid online or through any traditional methods.

Q: DO YOU SHOOT (LARGE, SMALL, CHRISTIAN, GAY, NON-RELIGIOUS) WEDDINGS?

A: Yes, of course! It would be my pleasure to document your celebration of any faith, non-faith, or orientation.

Q: DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE MEALS FOR YOU AND YOUR STAFF AT MY WEDDING?

A: Yes, please. Your wedding is a full workday with little to no breaks involved, so by the time dinner rolls around, we are likely starving. We will work at a much higher level for longer if we’ve been fed. We require meals to be provided for any coverage lasting at least 6 hours.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES AND PACKAGES?

A: We know what our time and talents are worth. That’s why all of our pricing and packages are listed online. CLICK HERE.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS BACK?

A: Our maximum turn time for wedding packages is one month. It likely will not take us more than a couple of weeks.

Q: DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SHOOTING IN VARIOUS LIGHTING SITUATIONS?

A: Yes, I am very comfortable working in all types of lighting conditions. Natural light is best, but we have plenty of lights to create our own if we need to.

Q: DO YOU HAVE BUSINESS INSURANCE?

A: Yes. Plenty of it. Many venues require vendors to have it, so if they need our policy documents, just let us know.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A REPLACEMENT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN CASE YOU BECOME UNAVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

A: Yes, I have photographers that work with me and an established network to call upon in the event I am unable to attend due to an emergency. I should also say that this has never happened in seven years of shooting, so the possibility of this happening is very minute.
